Description
This interactive installation was a project I created during my undergraduate studies. Food delivery work, a relatively new profession in the internet age, comes with many issues worth reflecting on. One of the most common concerns is the strict delivery time limits, which push couriers to rush through busy traffic. Accidents happen frequently, yet these workers often have little job security and low pay. The installation aims to let participants experience the pressure of racing against time, just as delivery workers do. Instead of using numbers to represent time, I translated it into colors, shifting from the stress of counting down to a visual story told through color. My hope is to encourage people to focus less on the race against time and more on the outcomes it creates, while also advocating for better protection and understanding for these workers.
